I don´t have any favorite thing :c but a meal that really likes me are the noodles. I don´t know how to make my own pastas, so I buy it on the feria or supermarket. I like the versatility of this carbohydrate, you can cook a bolognese sauce, pesto, vegan chesse or alfredo's sauce to accompany the noodles. Other advantage of this meal are the speed of preparation, you can cook a really healthy meal on 30 minuts.
I'm gonna share my classic bolognese sauce recipe:
Ingredients:
-1 onion
-1 carrot
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 pepper (of any colour)
-1 handful of soy meat per person
-2 or 3 tomatoes
-1 o 2 package of tomato sauce
-1 teaspooful of salt, cumin, pepper, merkén and full seasoning
-1 or 2 noodle packs
Preparation:
1-. Peel and cut the garlic, this aliment is very good to increase the immunology system. Sauté on oil (just a little of any type of oil) and when are more golden, cut the tomatoes on cubes and throw it whith the garlic.
2-. Peel and cut the onion on cubes too and when the tomatoes throw they own juice, add them to the preparation
3-. Later do the same thing with de pepper and the carrot
4-. On the meantime cook the noodle pack on bouling water for 10 minutes
5-. When all the ingredients of the sauce are cooked incorporated the package of tomate sauce and the seasoning.
6-. Cook all for 5-8 minutes more and then the plate are ready <3
Thanks for the recipe, I don't eat meat so soy is the best option for pasta :)
